The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, but lacks a closet and dresser, making it challenging to store clothes. Despite this, the hotel provides a nice view. The service is impressive overall, especially in the facility, golf, and food areas, although it can be slow at times. The location is beautiful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Oregon High Desert. The dining experience varies from a sorry snack bar to amazing meals. The facilities are well-maintained, with room for improvement in cleanliness.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable, with top shelf quality and tasteful decor. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for, though I did notice the absence of a soap dish in the bathroom.

I stayed at the lodge and found the room to be visually attractive with a super-comfy bed, nice fireplace, oversized bathroom, large walk-in closet, lovely wet bar, and a cute back door walk out into a small yard overlooking the golf course. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out there was no bathroom in the room, meaning guests have to go downstairs or risk walking into the master bedroom while others are sleeping. Nonetheless, the overall experience was pleasant and cozy.

The outdoor area with an outdoor sofa and some grass added to the charm. The service was like music to my ears, excellent from the front gate to housekeeping, with staff being incredibly nice and helpful. The location had a charming mountain home feel, though a bit of a drive from the main highway. The dining experience at the Trailhead Grill was delicious, but the sorry snack bar was a letdown. The facilities were good overall.
